OQCD_to_ILDG

Reads an openqcd format gaugefield. Writes it to ILDG format.

An ILDG format gaugefield is the big-endian set of link variables NOT the lime container.

Run using

fpm run ILDG_to_OQCD -- inputFile outputFile NT NS
